Netflix’s TUDUM 2025 showcase was the live-action One Piece’s biggest casting day yet — headlined by the announcement fans had waited years for: Mikaela Hoover is Tony Tony Chopper, the beloved blue-nosed reindeer doctor joining the crew in Season 2.
